We bring an entrepreneurial heritage that began in 1968 to every stage of plastics manufacturing.
GNR GROUP® combines plastic mould design and manufacture with injection moulding, assembly, laboratory testing and logistics. We consider each project in terms of its intended application, technical requirements and the manufacturing process as a whole.

MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES
The quality of a component depends on how well the processes behind it work together. We consider design, manufacture and inspection as a connected whole.
We design and manufacture plastic injection moulds in-house, taking account of the component's intended application and production requirements.
Design · Mould manufactureWe process polymer granules using injection moulding machines and moulds to produce single-colour or multicolour plastic components for final product assembly.
Single-colour and multicolour componentsWe assemble the plastic components we manufacture with other parts sourced for the project. Quality checks are carried out before dispatch.
From individual components to assembled productsWe undertake mechanical, chemical and functional testing according to the requirements of the product and material. Measurement and inspection are supported by engineering assessment.
Measurement · Material and product inspectionFollowing incoming inspection, raw materials and products are stored under appropriate conditions. Finished components are packed to customer requirements and prepared for dispatch.
